REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are made to the highest possible standard. If however there is a fault with the product when you receive it we will exchange it if it is deemed a manufacturers fault. Please contact us via email @ firstname.lastname@example.org or call customer service at (702) 970-7344 between 9am-4pm Mon to Fri (PST). Goods must be returned within 14 days unwashed, unworn and in a resalable condition and with its original sales tag attached. If we are Out of Stock of the same product we will offer you a different color or a store credit to use against other products.
Refunds are not made unless the item was wrongly described or the image on the website does not match the item received. In this case a refund will be provided via PayPpal or through a credit card refund less a $15 charge to cover the cost of freight and handling incurred when the original item was sent out.
Important: We do not issue refunds or exchanges or any items that is sent back to us after 14 days, or if the items has been used, or is not in its original new condition with its original packaging.
*Customers must pay for the freight back to us, and for all exchange stock sent out with, incur a return freight cost, charge at cost (normally around $8-$10 for domestic). For international orders - the freight is charged at cost depending on the country its sent to.
